How do I view and print my W-2 through Ozone?

The W2 form is located on the Time Sheet and Payroll Information card in Ozone.

1. Log into Ozone.
2. Click Menu

   

   in the upper left corner, then select Discover.
   Or
   Click

   

   at the bottom of your dashboard.
3. Search for W2.
4. The Time Sheet and Payroll Information card should display in the results.
5. Click W2 Year End Earnings Statement.
6. Select the Tax Year that you would like to view.
7. Click Display.
8. Ctrl+P on the keyboard to print.
   Note: The Printable W-2 button on the page is disabled.
