Why is there a Demo User listed in my course?

A student (or instructor) may have contacted the e-Learning Office for assistance with a technical issue that may have required that test student account be created in your Blackboard course. This user may appear as a demo_user, bb_support, or other user names. If you are concerned about an additional user in your course that you do not think belongs in the roster, please contact the e-Learning Office.
