Do I need an attorney?

You are not required to hire a lawyer. Student Conduct proceedings do not follow the same procedures as a legal proceeding. The College does not employ lawyers to “prosecute” students. Instead, charges are investigated and resolved in an atmosphere of candor, truthfulness, and civility.
