How do I request an Official copy of my Owens transcripts?

Owens Community College has partnered with Credential Solutions to accept online transcript orders. Students and alumni are able to order their official transcripts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Transcripts can be sent electronically or mailed as a hard copy, depending on the receiving institution or destination.

There is a small handling charge for this service.

If you have attachments to go along with your transcript, you can do this as part of the transcript request process.


To request an official transcript:

  1. Log into Ozone
  2. Click Menu
    in the upper left corner, then select Discover.
    Or
    Click Discover More button at the bottom of your dashboard.
  3. Search for transcript.
  4. The Student Information card should display in the results.
  5. Under Transcript Information, click Request Official Transcript.
    This will direct you to Credential Solutions.
  6. Follow the instructions on the site to complete your transcript order.


For former students who do not have access to Ozone:

  1. Go to the Credential Solutions Alumni Transcript Ordering Services web page. 
  2. Follow the instructions on the site to complete your transcript order.
  3. Use the mouse or touch screen to complete the authorization process.

Unofficial Transcript

Follow the steps below to view your unofficial transcript online:

  1. Log into Ozone.
  2. Click Menu
    in the upper left corner, then select Discover.
    Or
    Click Discover More button at the bottom of your dashboard.
  3. Search for transcript.
  4. The Student Information card should display in the results.
  5. Under Transcript Information, select View Transcript.
  6. Leave the Transcript Level and Type as the defaults, click Submit.
