Why can I never find a place to park?

As Owens is a commuter campus a large part of the student population drives to campus leaving limited parking during peak days and times. During these peak times Lot A (outside of Heritage and College Hall) is full but there are other close lots nearby that frequently have open spaces such as Lot G behind Alumni Hall or Lot B off of Oregon Road.
