Non-essential employees will receive their normal compensation for the closure day and they do not need to submit any leave time/absence request in Workday. Hourly employees should enter their normal work hours for any unplanned closure days as “Campus Closure Regular Pay”.
OSSU members and DPS members who report during a College closure will be compensated pursuant to the terms of their respective collective bargaining agreements.
Student employees will not be paid for a closure day due to no work being performed.
