I am being asked to order Toner Supplies by someone outside of Owens. Is this a fraud?

The printer/copier toner is automatically resupplied when the toner level drops below 25%. If necessary, the Help Desk will handle direct orders. You will not be called directly to place a toner order. Owens has a contract with Ohio Business Machines to maintain all copiers and printers (with very few exceptions). 

If someone calls asking if you are the person responsible for ordering office supplies or toner, ask them for their company name and contact information.  Do not give out any information about yourself or Owens.
