What is the Owens Tuition Guarantee?

At Owens Community College, your success is our mission. Whether you are working on your degree to get a new job, to get a better job or to transfer to a four-year college or university, we want to help you succeed.

To help you reduce the time and cost of achieving an associate degree, we've created a Tuition Guarantee that locks in your tuition. Our goal is to help you get into the workforce or transfer more quickly, so you can spend more time doing the things you love.
