1. Click the IT Service Desk shortcut on an Owens computer Desktop or go to
  2. Log in using your Owens email address and click Next.
  3. Click Log in with single sign-on.
  4. If prompted to log into your Jira/Altassian account, enter your Owens email address and select Continue with Microsoft.
  5. If prompted, pick your account.
  6. Enter your Owens password.
  7. If it is your first time logging into Owens Service, a Permissions requested window may come up. Click Accept.
  8. You are now logged into Owens Service Desk.
