How much is my bill? When is it due? How can I pay?
Tuition and Fees post to students’ accounts 6 weeks before the start of the semester. For details, visit https://www.owens.edu/tuitionaid/duedates/. Students can view their billing statement, set up a Deferred Payment Plan, and make online payments through their Ozone account. Students can make online payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via credit card or electronic check. Owens Community College does NOT send paper bills.
While we are transitioning to our new Workday system, there are two ways to pay your bill depending on the billing semester.
To pay your bill for Spring 2025 or earlier:
- Log into Ozone.
- Click the Main Menu icon (the three horizonal lines) in the upper left corner, then select Discover.
Or
Click Discover More button at the bottom of your dashboard. - Search for pay online and the Tuition and Fee Information card should display in the results.
If you would like to add this card to your dashboard, click the white ribbon icon in the upper right corner of the card.
Note: If the card has the dark ribbon icon showing, it is already displaying on your dashboard. - Click the Pay Online for Spring 2025 & earlier terms link. This will take you to the OuikPay system.
- Click View & Pay Accounts in the Message Board menu.
- Follow the prompts to pay your bill.
To view your balance or pay your bill for Summer 2025 and later: (Available after April 7,2025)
- Log into Ozone.
- Click the Workday link located on the Quick Links card.
- Click the Menu icon in upper left-hand corner side of Workday.
- Click on your Financials Hub.
If you do not see your Financials Hub app on the menu list:- Click the Add Apps button at the bottom of the menu.
- Type “Financials Hub” in the search bar to locate the app.
- Click the Plus Sign icon (+) to add the app to your menu.
- To View your Billing Statement:
- Click on the View Account Activity link.
- To set up a Deferred Payment Plan:
- Click the Set Up Deferred Payment Plan button.
NOTE: This button will only be available between each semester's fee assessment date and late payment fee assessment date if a student has a balance on their account. For more information on the fee assessment dates, visit https://www.owens.edu/tuitionaid/duedates/. - Enter all required information.
- Click Submit.
- Click the Set Up Deferred Payment Plan button.
- To make a Payment:
- Click the Make a Payment link under the Suggested Links menu on the navigation pane.
- Follow each step on the following pages.

Please note that Owens will assess a $150 late payment fee during the semester for balances remaining unpaid after the semester’s tuition due date. To avoid the late payment fee, student’s balance must either be fully resolved if using self-pay, financial aid, or third-party payment methods, or must be current as of the late fee assessment date if using a Deferred Payment Plan.
