I have a hold on my account, what should I do?
The steps you need to take to have a hold lifted from your account will depend the hold type. You can find hold type information and resolution instructions on your student profile in Workday.
To find hold information:
- Log into Workday.
- Click on the Profile icon in the right-hand corner.
- Click the View Profile button.
- Click on the Action Items and Holds link on the left side of the page.
- Click on the Active Holds tab located on the top of the Action Items and Holds page.
