I have a hold on my account, what should I do?

The steps you need to take to have a hold lifted from your account will depend the hold type. You can find hold type information and resolution instructions on your student profile in Workday. 

To find hold information:

  1. Log into Workday.
  2. Click on the Profile icon in the right-hand corner.
  3. Click the View Profile button.
  4. Click on the Action Items and Holds link on the left side of the page.
  5. Click on the Active Holds tab located on the top of the Action Items and Holds page.
