My username is supposed to be my first name underscore last name (firstname_lastname). How do I make an underscore?

The underscore is made by pressing the Shift and Hyphen keys (next to the zero key on the top of the keyboard) at the same time on your keyboard. This will work on either a Windows or Mac computer.
