What options do I have to access campus IT resources remotely?
Faculty and Staff with an Owens issued Laptop Computer can request access to VPN using the Remote VPN Access request form in the Access Store software. (This does not include a loaner laptop.)
Faculty and Staff with an Owens issued Desktop Computer can request access to the Remote Desktop Gateway using the Remote Desktop Gateway request form in Access Store software. (If you were given a loaner laptop, this is the access you should request.)
