If I request an advising intervention via Academic Feedback, how does advising handle that?
Academic Feedback for students are sent via Workday to each student’s primary advisor on a weekly basis whenever feedback is submitted. Please note that the student’s primary advisor is, in most cases, based on the student’s major. The Academic Feedback is not sent to the advisor in the department in which the course is housed. If an advising intervention is requested, the advisor will attempt to contact the student first via phone and then via email. The advisor will discuss with the student possible solutions to the current academic difficulty.
