Can I change my preferred name back to my legal name?

Yes, you can change your preferred name back to your legal name.

To do so:

1. Log into Ozone.
2. Click on Workday.
3. In the search bar, type Change My Preferred Name.
4. Click on the Change My Preferred Name Task in the search results.
5. Check the Use Legal Name As Preferred Name checkbox.
6. Click Submit.
   NOTE: By doing this, your username and email will also change back. All old email addresses will continue to exist as aliases, and will route to the email address containing your legal name.
