- Click the IT Service Desk shortcut on an Owens computer Desktop or go to
- Log in using your Owens email address and click Next.
- Click Log in with single sign-on.
- If prompted to log into your Jira/Altassian account, enter your Owens email address and select Continue with Microsoft.
- If prompted, pick your account.
- Enter your Owens password.
- If it is your first time logging into Owens Service, a Permissions requested window may come up. Click Accept.
- You are now logged into Owens Service Desk.
